Offshore Diesel Services offers domestic and international shipping for marine engine parts and related products. Shipping availability, cost, and delivery times vary depending on product availability, destination, package size and weight, and the selected carrier or shipping service.

Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order size, supplier availability, and whether an item must be specially sourced.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Selecting an expedited shipping service does not necessarily expedite order processing or supplier lead times.

If you have a time-sensitive parts requirement, please contact Offshore Diesel Services before placing your order so we can help confirm availability and available shipping options.

Product Availability & Special-Order Items

Product availability is subject to change. Some products may be stocked by Offshore Diesel Services, while others may be sourced from a manufacturer, distributor, or supplier after an order is placed.

Special-order, backordered, or supplier-sourced products may require additional processing time.

If an item becomes unavailable or is expected to experience a significant delay, we will contact you with available options.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on product availability, supplier location, package requirements, or other fulfillment considerations.

When an order ships in multiple packages, we may provide separate tracking information for each shipment.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping solely because Offshore Diesel Services chooses to fulfill an order in multiple shipments, unless additional charges were disclosed and agreed to before shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on factors that may include destination, package dimensions, weight, carrier, and selected shipping service.

Any shipping charges displayed at checkout apply to the shipping method selected for that order.

Additional charges may apply to oversized, overweight, or unusually packaged merchandise, as well as products requiring special handling. Certain products may be subject to carrier or destination restrictions. If additional shipping arrangements are required, we will contact you before proceeding when applicable.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options may be available for certain orders and destinations.

Expedited shipping refers to the carrier's transportation service and does not guarantee same-day order processing or product availability.

If a part is urgently needed, please contact us before ordering so we can help confirm availability and available shipping options.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped.

Tracking information may take time to update after the carrier receives the shipment.

Carrier delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Offshore Diesel Services.

Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you discover an address error.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed or redirected. Additional carrier charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to eligible addresses within the United States using available shipping carriers and services.

Available shipping methods and rates may vary based on the destination and items ordered.

Certain products may be subject to carrier or destination restrictions.

International Shipping

Offshore Diesel Services offers international shipping to many destinations. International shipping availability depends on the destination, product, carrier restrictions, and applicable import or export requirements.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier operations, local delivery services, and other factors outside our control.

Customs, Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier, unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout.

These charges are separate from the product and shipping charges collected by Offshore Diesel Services unless expressly included at checkout.

Offshore Diesel Services does not control customs processing or fees imposed by foreign governments, customs authorities, brokers, or carriers.

Customs & Import Delays

International shipments may be delayed by customs authorities or other governmental agencies.

Customers are responsible for providing any information or documentation required by their country's customs authorities or the shipping carrier.

Offshore Diesel Services is not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, including delays caused by customs processing, inspections, import requirements, or a customer's failure to provide required documentation.

Carrier Delays

Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, delivery may be affected by weather, transportation disruptions, customs processing, service interruptions, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Offshore Diesel Services.

We will assist customers when appropriate, but carrier delivery dates and estimates are not guaranteed by Offshore Diesel Services.

Lost, Missing or Damaged Shipments

If tracking shows a delivery problem, your shipment appears to be lost, or your package arrives damaged, please contact Offshore Diesel Services as soon as possible.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery location, surrounding areas, and with household members, neighbors, building management, or other individuals who may have accepted the package before contacting us. We will assist with available carrier information or claim procedures when appropriate.

For damaged shipments, retain:

• The item received
• The shipping carton
• All packaging materials
• The shipping label
• Photos showing the damage to the item and packaging

Do not install or use a product that appears damaged.

Do not discard damaged merchandise or packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Carrier claims may require photographs, packaging, documentation, or inspection before a claim can be processed.

We will assist with applicable carrier claims and determine the appropriate next steps based on the circumstances of the shipment.

Refused & Undeliverable Shipments

Orders that are refused, returned as undeliverable, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges.

Original shipping charges and any return shipping, carrier, customs, duties, taxes, brokerage, storage, handling, or related fees incurred may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Special-order, final-sale, or otherwise non-returnable products remain subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy even if the shipment is refused or returned as undeliverable.

Shipping Charges & Refunds

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, international shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other transportation-related charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or when the charge resulted from an error by Offshore Diesel Services.

Product returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
